As an Engineer:

V Murali has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT), Bangalore. He worked as a Project Engineer in Total Environment Building System Private Limited, Bangalore for 4 years between 2000 and 2004 and successfully executed 2 residential projects.

Since 2004, he has ventured on his own and successfully executed and completed residential apartment buildings, commercial projects, industrial godowns, and college buildings in various localities in Bangalore.

As a Sports Person:

V Murali is a National Level Air Pistol Shooter representing Karnataka. He is also Joint Secretary for the Karnataka State Rifle Association. Being a shooter himself, he is one of the founder members of the Bangalore Rifle Shooters Academy. This academy trains, guides, and supports youngsters to reach their best in their careers and prepares world-class competitive shooters.

As a Social Person:

V Murali is a Trustee in Arpana Social Welfare Trust (R). The trust's vision is to support the underprivileged in our society. Every year, on the occasion of Sir M. Visvesvaraya and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan's birthdays, they provide financial support for 50 to 60 students who need help with their educational expenses. They also support physically challenged students every year with their educational expenses.

At APS Education Trust:

He is a Trustee for the APS Education Trust and a Managing Committee Member. He is also the Governing Council Chairman for APS PU College, Somanahalli Branch, and a Governing Council Member for APS Engineering College at Somanahalli.
